Geography – Misty Mountains
This project teaches children about the characteristics and features of mountain ranges around the world. We will be learning about how mountains are formed, the different zones of a mountain and what the main lands use of mountains are in the UK. We will also be comparing contrasting mountainous regions and identifying the human and physical features of them.
Science – Grouping and Classifying
This project teaches children about grouping living things, known as classification. We will study the animal and plant kingdoms to discover how they can be classified differently. The children will use and create classification keys to identify living things.
