On this page you will find each class’s special page. These pages are designed to show you what each class at St. Mary’s has been getting up to! Please click on the links either to the left or below to access your class page. Class teachers will add content to the pages throughout the year as and when they do certain projects. You will also find a Home Learning link within each year group, here you will find weekly home learning. Home learning will be sent out every Friday and then will be due in by Wednesday.
Home learning consists of:
- Daily Reading
- Weekly Maths and or English learning
- Weekly spellings focus using Emile spelling resources
- Sometime research or project work related to foundation subjects
We use Emile to support spelling across the school through engaging learning. The programme helps pupils practise spelling patterns, statutory word lists and curriculum objectives in a fun and motivating way, while providing teachers with valuable information to identify gaps in learning and target support where it is needed.
