Whilst we are learning from home, it is important to stay active to keep our minds and our bodies healthy and full of energy. You can choose your own activity, but I will give you some ideas each week.

Send in some photos of you taking part in some activity. You could also evaluate your lesson - how did you feel before taking part? How did you feel after? What did you enjoy the most?
