PE and Wellbeing
We have PE weekly on a Thursday. Mr Taylor, Mr Troops and Miss Smart from Discovery Sports will be uploading an activity to YouTube which will be posted here. You can choose your sports activity - just get active! It might be Just Dance, a Joe Wicks workout or a trip to the local park.
Your mental health and well being is also very important. Learning from home is a great opportunity to learn a new skills such as baking, cooking, origami or knitting! We'd love to see photos of what you've been up to.
Each week, we will also upload a wellbeing activity for you to do. This week is Children's Mental Health week, and the activity looks at what makes you special.
