A.F.S.M.

Welcome to the A.F.S.M.

For those of you who do not know, the A.F.S.M. consists of a group of Parents, Staff and Friends of St Mary's Primary school getting together to raise money, for extra curricular activities and resources to enhance and reinforce the learning of children that pass through its doors.

I would like to introduce myself as the Chairperson of the AFSM.  My name is Adele Robbins, I cordially invite you to join our little band of helpers for informal meetings.  Please come along and give it a try, if you can spare any time and would like to join us, please contact me at school.  New members and ideas are always welcome. Sometimes it will be hard work but fun and rewarding, you will be most welcome. 

We appreciate all you do for us and look forward to seeing you at our next event.

For the academic year 2009/2010 to date we have used the money raised to purchase the following:-

A new football Kit for matches.

We have also paid for or made a donation to the following causes:-

A visit from a Theatre group for the whole school.

A donation towards the Year 6 Trip to see a West End Show (Wicked)
